First day of school!

Where did the time go?? My girl? In school? Ridiculous.

We went school clothes shopping yesterday and she was so excited to get ready this morning. She goes in the afternoon and, as of this writing, is still too wound up to tell me about it.

My dear friend Joanne Bartone came over to document the big event.



I love, LOVE this girl.





I'm not sure why Craig just stood there and let this event occur. I personally think he should be addressing this type of behavior immediately.

She hopped on that bus like it was nothing... I had to run after her just to get a quick hug!

Happy Birthday!

Ella is 5 years old!! WOW!!! Here she is with Kennedy and Savannah, we just had a few people over for cake, her party will be this weekend.


Too bad she got icing on her arms when she was putting the candles on cause she had to lick it off. Sneaky girl.


The girls got her a princess back pack for school. I love Jody because she is practical.

Vacation!!

We had a blast on our big family vacation!

Our first stop was Mammoth Caves, Kentucky. Craig rented a "rustic" cabin for us... which is the last time I will be communing with nature.

Ella posed us so that she could take a picture.

Our next stop was Stone Mountain, Georgia (Atlanta), where I reserved the accommodations. We stayed in a luxury room at the Marriott. Here we are on top of Stone Mountain, it was pretty cool.



I wasn't feeling very well that day and it was hot. I mean HOT. So I took this picture of myself as I sat around instead of exploring.

Ella had a blast on the ropes course and tree house.

And here we are at our final destination... St. George Island, Florida. It is just east of Panama City on the panhandle.

Everyone has been asking where my belly is, so here ya go! I am 20 weeks pregnant, halfway there.

Sorry about the expression in this image, but I wanted to show you my thoughts regarding pregnancy... you're looking at the best part! LOL


This was our favorite restaurant, Boss Oyster in Apalachicola.
