Happy Birthday Grandma!
We had a wonderful time celebrating Grandma's 90th birthday, this is just a sneak preview (taken with my 5D Mark II and the 50mm f/1.2 lens set to f/1.6). More images to follow.

This isn't anything riveting, just us singing happy birthday to boy boy licious. I am constantly bugging Craig to edit more videos for the blog. I think the biggest problem is that he doesn't have a workflow, which means editing takes too much time. I get the feeling that in the very near future I'm gonna have to take over the video editing and establish a workflow to make it easier. Blah, as if I have time.
Since I was sick in bed with my laptop last week, I thought I would play around with this video Craig produced. The problem is that posting it in a blog post as a flash video, WITH controls, has proved challenging. To say that I am frustrated would be an understatement. Especially because I know and understand code. Anyway, I'm trying yet another hosting service... we'll see how it goes.
Boy boy decided when filming was over.
I love, LOVE this short video that Craig put together recently. The kiddos were playing near the window with the curtains. It's dark, it's moody, and for some reason when I watch it, I want to cry. Notice how boy boy is now shaking his head rapidly, as if he's saying no, except he doesn't understand that yet.
It's a fairly large file, and even though it's streaming, you may want to wait a minute before clicking the play button. And make sure you have your speakers on because the sound track is what makes it good.
FINALLY!! I have been asking Craig for weeks to export some video from our vacation. These clips are from the speedboat fun.
