Yes! Refrigerating the dough overnight is imperative. It's really sticky, so when you are ready to make them, only take a little bit out of the refrigerator at a time. And coat your hands w/powdered sugar.
I have a question that others might be wondering about... How do you store your cookies to keep them fresh so far in advance of Christmas? Thanks.
