I love Costco, but c'mon, 24ozs of cheese??
Heather - my fabulous friend - Make some artichoke dip with all that cheese!1 cup of Parmesan Cheese1 cup of mayonnaise1 tablespoon of lemon juice1 can of artichoke hearts, choppedCombine together and place in small casserole dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 min until bubbly and golden brown on top. Serve with tortilla chips. Mmmmmmmm. You'll need more cheese sooner than you think ! :)
